Our Mission
At Impact Athletics, we empower athletes of all levels—from youth to professional—to reach their full potential through data-driven training, advanced technology, and expert mentorship. Every program is designed to develop not only physical performance, but also mental resilience, confidence, and game intelligence.
By combining clinically validated testing, individualized plans, and continuous guidance, we create athletes who are prepared to excel both on the field and in life. Our goal is simple: to build complete athletes through science, structure, and support.
Impact A.P.P. (Athlete Progression Path)
The structured, all-encompassing system from Rookie to Black
Step 0
Application & Entry (Pre-Onboarding)
Written Test (30 min): Covers Impact culture, training fundamentals, and expectations.
Coach Interview (30 min): Evaluates work ethic, mindset, personality, and cultural fit.
Must pass both to be invited into Rookie Phase.
Step 1
Rookie Phase (Onboarding)
Who: Any athlete 5th grade and older
Length: One-week onboarding period, including a single 2-hour Rookie Lab
Rookie Week Requirements:
1. Rookie Lab (2 hours)
- Warm-Up & Activation (20 min): Mobility, stability, injury prevention.
- Movement & Lifting Education (25 min): Squat, hinge, push, pull, sprint mechanics.
- HexCore Testing (45 min): Reflex, Edge, Bolt, Snake, Breaker Cut, Shuffle.
- Strength & Power Introductions (20 min): Bulgarian Split Squat, Hex Bar Deadlift, Jammer Press.
- Culture & Work Ethic Talk (20 min): Impact values, humility, no ego lifting, accountability.
- Coach Observation (10 min): Effort, coachability, readiness.
2. CliftonStrengths Personality Test (online, self-completed within the week).
3. Styku Body Scan (required for athletes 13+; optional for younger athletes).
4. Initial Registered Dietitian Consultation (1-hour, scheduled within onboarding week).
5. Baseline Bloodwork (through Forge/clinical team).
6. Rookie Written Exam (fundamentals, safety, and culture standards).
Advancement Requirement:
- Completion of Rookie Week (all components).
- Passing the written exam.
- Positive coach evaluation + culture alignment.
Outcome: Athlete earns placement into White Tier.
Step 2
White Tier (Foundation)
Who: All athletes after Rookie (5th grade → remain here until 8th grade summer)
Length: Repeating 3-month Lab cycles.
Weekly Lab Access (max 24 athletes per block):
- Mon, Wed, Thu → 4:00–5:00 PM, 5:00–6:00 PM
- Sat → Coming Soon
- Athletes attend any Lab session.
- Programs delivered via Teambuildr, tailored to sport + tier.
- Trainers provide supervision, form correction, and guidance.
Every 3-Month Cycle Includes:
- Impact Performance Tests (all 10 metrics).
- Styku Body Scan (13+).
- Quarterly bloodwork review.
- Dietitian check-in.
Advancement to Blue:
- Must be an incoming freshman.
- Must achieve 7 out of 10 metrics on the Impact Performance Tests.
Outcome: Eligible to apply for Blue Tier.
Step 3
Blue Tier (Performance)
Who: Athletes from 8th grade summer → through sophomore summer.
Length: Minimum three 3-month Lab cycles (≈ 9 months).
Weekly Lab Access: Same schedule as White Tier.
- Sport-specific progressive programs via Teambuildr.
- Increased expectations for independence, accountability, and leadership.
- Athletes must assist in 6 Rookie Labs as part of leadership training.
Every 3-Month Cycle Includes:
- Impact Performance Tests (all 10 metrics).
- Styku Body Scan (13+).
- Quarterly bloodwork review.
- Dietitian check-in.
Advancement to Black:
- Must be an incoming junior.
- Must complete at least three full 3-month Blue cycles.
- Must achieve 9 out of 10 metrics on the Impact Performance Tests.
- Must demonstrate proficiency in all core lifts independently.
- Must pass second leadership & culture interview.
Outcome: Eligible to enter Black Tier.
Step 4
Black Tier (Elite)
Who: Athletes from sophomore summer → junior year and beyond.
Length: Ongoing 3-month Lab cycles, annual commitment required.
Weekly Lab Access: All Labs (Mon, Wed, Thu 4–5PM, 5-6PM
Unique Features:
- Black Friday Sessions → Monthly 6:00 AM group workouts (mandatory).
- Leadership Role →Active mentorship in Rookie & White Labs.
- Cultural Standard-Bearers → Must live out and enforce Impact values.
Every 3-Month Cycle Includes:
- Impact Performance Tests (10 metrics)
- Must maintain 9/10 metrics.
- Dietitian check-in.
- Quarterly bloodwork review.
- Dietitian check-in.
Entry Requirements:
- Incoming junior.
- Three completed Blue cycles.
- 9/10 Impact Performance metrics.
- Second interview (leadership + culture).
Outcome: Recognition as an Impact Black Athlete — the highest standard of athletic performance, leadership, and culture.

HexCore (3 metrics):

Additional 6 metrics:
4. Reaction Time (Light Board)
5. Strength (Tri-Lift: Bulgarian Split Squat, Hex Bar Deadlift, Jammer Press)

7. Bodyweight Safety Bar Speed
8. Hand-Eye Coordination
9. Mobility
10. The Helix – The all-encompassing “Are You an Impact Athlete?” test
Key Technology & Process Visualization
OVR (Optical Visual Recognition):
Used to track vision, reaction time, and hand-eye coordination, giving precise insights into cognitive and visual performance
Neuro Sensory Systems:
Measures sensory processing, balance, and neural response to enhance decision-making and athletic control.
Exos Training:
Advanced wearable technology guides strength, endurance, and motion patterns for optimized physical development.
Hexcore Testing:
Tracks agility, speed, and overall athletic metrics to establish baseline and measure progress over time.
Dari Motion:
Captures full-body biomechanics to analyze movement efficiency, prevent injuries, and improve technique.
Clinical Testing Integration
Incorporates medical and physiological assessments to ensure safe, science-backed training.
